We have a new boat! We bought a new boat, we call her”Hai Hong” means “Ocean rainbow”in Chinese! We sailed her back from Southampton to Brighton Marina the day before yesterday, and she is beautiful. She was built in Hong Kong in 1981 and is a wooden boat. She was designed by William Atkin and single-handed skipper Robin Knox Johnston sailed exactly this kind of boat around the world.
She is not as big as Escape, our previous one, but she is…lovely. Also there are lots of works to do to make her even more beautiful!

Yesterday was Chinese Lantern Festival, also known as Chinese valentine’s day.In the evening, kids light up their lanterns and couples read some poems.Because this day is the fifth day from Chinese new year,so there is bright full moon on the sky.The beautiful moon with the beautiful flowers together,it’s the perfect moment for good luck in China. Also eat some Yuanxiao, let your heart be full with the sweetness.
